As you can see by driving by the campus or visiting the programs and worship services, things are growing rapidly at PCPC! Our Sanctuary expansion is now complete. With the addition of 200 more seats and a balcony, our Sanctuary is an amazing place to worship our Lord. Particular detail has gone into engineering this space to provide for perfect acoustics, great visibility, and beautiful, comfortable decor. The stained glass in the Narthex embodies our heart, that Jesus is Lord!
On Palm Sunday, April 17th 2011, we opened the new Huizenga Family Life Center to a variety of recreational ministry opportunities as well as cutting edge contemporary worship. You can worship with us in this service at 9:30 each Sunday.
God is doing amazing things at Palm City Presbyterian Church! Why not "come and see" for yourself?
Help Wanted:
Childcare Volunteers are needed for the following programs. These can be a short- term or long-term commitments. We need help with all age groups from infant to elementary age. For more information call Kristie Ocampo at 286-9958
AWANA - This exciting childrens ministry program will start on our campus in September 2011.Women's Bible Study - Thursdays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am starting in Sept. Child care hours are from 9 am to 12 noon.
Sunday mornings during the 9:30 and 10:45 services we need help in the nursery to help with infants.
We also need help in the following areas:
Ushers - Four Ushers are needed for the 8:30 and 10:45 services every Sunday. Ushers greet, assist with seating and collect the offering.
Liturgist - If you have a clear speaking voice and like public speaking then this is for you. A Liturgist is needed for the 8:30 and 10:45 services every week.
Prayer Committee invites you to pray on Friday mornings from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. in the Chapel. JOIN US! We would also like to invite you to pray in our Chapel anytime at your convenience during the week over the prayer requests that come in. Just come to the front office and we will open the Chapel for you.
ANYONE INTERESTED IN ADDING TO OUR PRAYER SHAWLS? Thank you ladies for your generosity with the Prayer Shawls. They are being given away quickly and we’ll be in need of more shortly. So many are blessed by them!
